Pro Active Fitness is proud to be independently owned and operated; we are not part of a corporate chain or franchise.  We are a traditional small business but we embrace modern techniques in order to enrich the community of which we are proud to be part of.  Find out what Pro Active Fitness can do for you and your health.

Pro Active Fitness - Exercise Referral

Our carefully managed programme is designed to provide all the guidance and support you need for successful rehabilitation following injury, surgery, diagnosis or as a preventative measure. Following a fitness assessment, we offer an initial 6 week exercise programme specifically tailored to meet your needs. Sessions are available on a 1:1 basis or in small groups of up to 4 people in a private gym.

Pro Active Fitness - Personal Training

We offer 1:1 and 1:2 personal training sessions with a wide range of equipment available to provide a comprehensive exercise session. We have X Trainers, Bikes, a Multi Gym, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands and FKPro suspension bodyweight training. Exercise is tailored to suit every body.

Pro Active Fitness - Personal Trainers

We are Level 4 Registered Exercise Professionals and have GP Exercise Referral qualifications. We are very knowledgable and experienced in helping clients with a wide range of medical conditions and are both first aid and defibrillator trained. Our specialisms include, cardiac and cancer rehabilitation, falls prevention, diabetes and weight management, mental health and neurological conditions. We are extremely passionate about what we do and enjoy making significant and positive impacts on clients’ health, fitness and general wellbeing.
