Pro Active Fitness Assessment

New clients must book an initial fitness assessment prior to starting exercise. This baseline assessment builds a picture of your current health and fitness and enables us to devise a plan to meet your needs. Your 30 minute Fitness Assessment which costs £30 will cover:

• Medical History
• Medical Conditions
• Injuries and Lifestyle
• Blood pressure and Heart Rate
• Weight and Height
• Body Fat Analysis
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Waist and Hip Measurements

A 2nd assessment can be requested at the end of your 6 week programme. This will include a fitness report for you to share with your GP or health care professional.
